The easiest thing sometimes is to blame others. This lesson is about making the conscious decision to take accountability for your own actions when making a mistake.

He did it! No, he did it! Have you ever blamed someone or something else for a mistake that you made? While at first it can seem like an easy way out of trouble, it will come back to bite you in more ways than one. This lesson will explore the negative effects of blaming others for your own actions, on yourself and those around you.

But how do you own up without seeming stupid? Well it depends how stupid your mistake was! But we will also discuss the best way to apologise for what you did wrong, which will help you gain trust and respect from others.
