Nobody likes change right?

Every lesson has ended with the phrase ‘Ultimately friend, this is your choice.’ Why? Because it’s easy to listen to advice, but harder to take it and do something with it. It is said that as humans we don’t like change, but that isn’t true. Humans don’t like to be changed, but will happily change if it’s their own decision. How can we make the necessary steps to make good changes in our lives because we really want to and not because we are being told to?

This lesson will explore why change can be so scary, and why even if we begin to make changes we seem to fall back into our old ways pretty soon afterwards. Learn how to solidify changes and overcome struggles along the way.
